about me
about me
I started on the coaching path inspired by my own coaching process as a client.
I had the opportunity to work with a man who opened my mind and heart, who cultivated my appetite for clarity and my aspiration for tolerance and balance.
So I started a coaching training in a beautiful coaching community.
Trainings followed within the coaching school, hours of practice, supervision, reflective practice that helped me create my own coaching model.
I continued the journey through a national coaching accreditation offered by the National Qualifications Authority (ANC) and an international one, provided by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global).
I am a member of EMCC (www.emccglobal.org), one of the largest coaching organizations in the world that aims to develop and promote best practices in the field.
I am passionate about personal development and growth, I have participated in numerous courses, trainings, workshops, I have read many books on psychology, coaching, self-help.
In 2021 I graduated from the Steps4Change coaching school, obtaining national accreditation from the National Qualifications Authority and international accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in January 2023.
In 2022 I completed the Process Communication Model (Khaler Communication) course and in 2020 a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) course.
In the area of business and leadership, I completed the Strategy Execution course at Harvard Business School Online and two FranklinCovey trainings: The Four Essential Roles of Leadership (2019) and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (2018), both in Budapest, Hungary. I also graduated from the certification program – Excellence in Management, organized by EXEC-EDU in 2015.
In the diplomatic area, I completed the Foreign Policy and Diplomacy program at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute in 2017.
I have a BA in Administrative Sciences from the National School of Political Studies and Administration (2008) and a MA from the same university in Modern Governance and European Integration (2010).
I started my career in the public sector and then embraced challenges exclusively in the private sector as a consultant, manager and non-executive board member.
During more than 15 years I have accumulated substantial experience in three main areas:
1) Public & corporate affairs, government relations, lobbying and advocacy, external communication, reputation and stakeholder management, working over time in public institutions and companies or private associative structures, representing multinational companies and industries in dialogue with institutional stakeholders.
2) Coaching and mentoring, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) with domestic and international accreditations from the National Qualifications Authority, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
3) Capital market investments and passive income (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, commodities, REITs).
I have worked my way up in the corporate hierarchy to senior manager level (Board-1), managing to work in various organizations with diverse governance and culture.
